Classic Drycleaners Hours & Services During COVID-19

Our drycleaning stores and laundromats are OPEN!

Our five laundromats are open regular hours.  To maintain and respect social distancing, laundromat customers should remain in their vehicles during washing and drying cycles.  If you are able to fold your laundry at home, please do so.  Please maintain 3 ft – 6ft of space between yourself and other customers.  Lastly, please visit with the least amount of family members as possible.

Our eight drycleaning stores are open (three locations have abbreviated hours) and operating with both drive-thru and lobby service.  We respectfully ask that customers maintain and respect social distancing.   Please visit our locations page for the store hours of your preferred location.

Want a completely contactless experience?  Our free pickup and delivery service is operating without interruption and providing twice-a-week service.

As per the recommendations issued by the PA Department of Health and the CDC, individuals entering public buildings should wear a face mask, unless unable to do so due to a medical condition, or for those under the age of 2.

We continue to offer all services at our stores and via our pick up and delivery — including our wash and fold laundry service.  (However, until further notice, we have temporarily suspended all same day service.  Some tailors may be unavailable for in-person fittings.)

Community Support – We have temporarily suspended the acceptance of donations to benefit Dress for Success South Central PA, and Tied to Success.  Our CommunityAid donations bins are temporarily unavailable.

Our Cleaning Efforts

We follow cleaning guidelines year-round in an effort to maintain a clean environment for our customers and employees.  During attended laundromat hours, our employees are required to clean and disinfect our laundromats at least hourly using hospital-grade products. Our employees attend to areas of common use, such as folding tables, door pulls and knobs, washer and dryer door handles, change and detergent machines, and bathrooms. All our laundromats have been, and continue to be, equipped with hand sanitizing stations.

Our laundromats have never been open 24 hours. This affords us the opportunity to have janitorial services on a nightly basis, seven days a week.

Our drycleaning stores are also required to regularly clean and disinfect general common areas of use – door handles, credit card pin pads, counters, etc.

According to the Surgeon General, good old fashioned hand washing is still the most effective way to prevent Coronaviruses.  All employees are instructed to wash their hands frequently for no less than 20 seconds.
