Route Driver

We are seeking a Full-Time Route Driver/Developer for our popular pickup and delivery division. Our drivers start their day at 7 am, at either our Enola or Carlisle location.

We are looking for friendly people with great driving records, clean background checks, and excellent organizational skills. Applicants must be comfortable engaging with current and potential customers in low-pressure sales and customer retention settings.

This position is perfect for someone who…

– Loves driving (a new Mercedes Sprinter van, no less!)

JOB SCHEDULE

• Mon / Tue / Thur / Fri:  7am – 4pm (approximate end time based on weather, traffic, etc.)
• Wed:  Flexible!  This day is reserved for training, and low-pressure sales and customer retention.

COMPENSATION

• $14.00/hour + bonuses for new customer sign-ups + monthly route commission + annual sales goal bonuses. The sky is the limit!

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of driving experience
• Dependable
• Ability to physically enter and exit delivery van up to 100 times in an 8-hour work day while loading/unloading clothing orders
• Ability to load your van, and carry clothing to and from designated areas of homes and offices
