(20) Enola – PART TIME Customer Service Representative

Classic Drycleaners and Laundromats is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative for weekdays and weekends at our 315 N. Enola Road, Enola location (approx. 20 hours/week). While Enola will be your home store, shifts at other stores may be required.

We close at 6 pm during the week, 3 pm on Saturdays, and 12 pm on Sundays – there are no late evening shifts! Schedule flexibility preferred.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must complete a criminal background check prior to hire.
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand and move for the majority of an 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs from one area to another

JOB SCHEDULE

• TUE = 2:30 pm – 6 pm
• WED = 2:30 pm – 6 pm
• SAT = 7 am – 3 pm
• SUN = 8 am – 12 pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for accepting orders from customers and retrieving orders for customers that are completed and ready for pickup. There are also opening and closing responsibilities associated with this position, as well as wash/fold laundry duties.

This person is also responsible for maintaining a clean laundromat and helping laundromat customers as needed.
